Interactivity
We specialize in all types of digital and hybrid events, ranging from small digital workshops to streams with several thousand participants. We have particular expertise in conference formats including digital voting and elections (such as general meetings). Not only do we provide the technical equipment, we also take care of the entire handling in advance and the management of the voting platform during the event: remotely or on site. We recommend the software of our partner Linkando as a platform for formal online meetings.
Mobile Studio
No, we don’t have our own studio. However, we are able to transform even the smallest office space into a TV studio at low cost and still deliver broadcast quality. Including lighting, furniture and decorations, of course. And if there are any problems with your in-house internet connection, we are happy to help with solutions from our company, such as multi-LTE routers or radio link.
Thanks to our wide range of technical know-how and the close cooperation between the various departments in our company, we can often offer solutions that at first glance seem technically impossible. For example, by using our radio link technology, we are often able to establish a data connection even in locations that are far away from the closest internet access.
Integration into your environment
Your content can be broadcast in the traditional way as a live stream via well-known portals such as YouTube or Facebook or it may be integrated into meeting software such as Microsoft Teams, Webex or Zoom for Business. Naturally, an integration into your own infrastructure is also possible. For clients who do not have their own IT infrastructure, we offer to set up an individually designed page – a so-called landing page – in the password-protected area of our rentevent.digital platform. Participants can then attend the digital event there.
Data protection and legal certainty
Data protection is our top priority! Our events are of course GDPR-compliant. However, if required, we can also scale them up to meet the requirements of special supervisory authorities, such as the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). Linkando – the platform we use for elections and voting – meets the highest standards of legal security and is therefore even used by state institutions and bodies governed by public law.
